Hundertwasserhouse at Darmstadt

The famous Austrian artist Friedensreich Hundertwasser also created two of his outstanding buildings in the Frankfurt region.

On the one hand there is the unique apartment house "Waldspirale" (wood spiral) which can be found in the Nordparkviertel of Darmstadt.

On the other hand there is the "Wohnanlage in den Wiesen" (living complex on the meadows) in Bad Soden. It's a luxurious ensemble of flats, shops and garden terraces which gives the visitors an idea of how colourful and interesting houses can also look like.
